*1-Hour Minimum. Here's how it works:

  1. You pay for an hour of support via the web site.
  2. After receiving your payment we will contact you about your issue.
  3. If our support takes less than an hour we may credit the remaining time on your account for future support needs.
  4. If we can't finish in an hour we will ask you to pay for additional time via the web site before work can continue.
  5. Remember - our services are prepaid only and no refunds are possible under any circumstances.
    Please do not make a purchase on our web site for licenses or for support if you are not 100% sure that you want to spend your money. No refunds are ever possible for any reason.
  6. We generally track our support time in 5 or 15-minute increments depending on whether it is email support, phone calls, or other work.

If you are not sure that your need is of a prepaid support nature please realize that any request for us to contact you about your software, computer, or anything else constitutes a prepaid support request. Support is only available after payment has been made.

Software License purchases do not include any technical support. Trial software is free to download from our website and license codes are issued upon receipt of payment. If you experience difficulties or are in need of additional training, etc. you can obtain these services from a local service provider or on a prepaid basis from us. No refunds are possible under any circumstances.
